No more than one booking on any day.

Multiple bookings must be spaced at least 3 days apart.

Changes or cancellations cannot be made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. No shows and late cancellations (unsuitable vehicle or licence issues etc.) will forfeit any payments.

You must cancel your own bookings before the 48-hour window, we do not monitor future bookings after you have passed an assessment.
